About Us

Who We Are

805 Insulation was founded by Mitch Cokely to provide reliable insulation services for residential, commercial, and new construction projects. Based in Lompoc, our team works with builders, general contractors, homeowners, and businesses to select insulation systems that fit their buildings and project goals.

Mitch brings 17 years of experience in the insulation industry and has spent the last 7 years running 805 Insulation. Our work includes spray foam, fiberglass batts, blown in fiberglass, cellulose and fiberglass cavity wall injection, and acoustic insulation. Every project receives clear recommendations, careful planning, and professional service backed by CSLB License #1058974.

We Listen, We Deliver, We Excel

What Sets Us Apart

  • Insulation Done Right - Insulation can only perform properly when it is installed with care. Our team uses professional equipment and proven installation methods to provide consistent coverage while reducing gaps, compression, and other common installation problems.

  • A Full Range of Insulation Solutions - From open-cell and closed-cell spray foam to fiberglass batts, attic insulation, cavity wall injection, acoustic wall insulation, blown-in / loose fill insulation, crawl space / underfloor insulation and insulation removal, we match the material to the job whether that's an attic, a crawl space, a finished wall, or a full commercial build.

  • Real Energy & Comfort Results - Beyond just keeping the temperature steady, proper insulation seals out drafts and moisture, cuts outside noise, and keeps indoor air healthier not just a warmer or cooler room.
